Refund policy

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We want you to love Sleeptease. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your delivery date.

Because Sleeptease is a consumable health product, we do not require you to ship the product back — simply contact us at hello@getsleeptease.com with your order number and we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email hello@getsleeptease.com with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders are sent to fulfillment quickly. If you need to cancel, email us immediately at hello@getsleeptease.com. We'll do our best to catch it before it ships, but once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled (it would fall under our 30-day refund policy instead).
