SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
Sleeptease ships within the United States. (We're unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.)

Processing & delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days via USPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is $5.95. Shipping is FREE on all orders of $50 or more (that's any 2-pack or 3-pack).

Tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. If your tracking isn't updating or your package seems delayed, email hello@getsleeptease.com and we'll help.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect packages once shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
